Hi, I'm Stephen.

I'm an architect at Adobe Commerce in Austin, TX, responsible for a significant portion of the storefront domain. A lot of my time goes toward cross-org work: improving developer tooling, build performance, and team efficiency, and helping engineers do their best work.

On the platform side, I lead Commerce on Edge Delivery Services and its AI layer: an llms.txt specification for LLM-optimized docs, Wayfinder (an AGENTS.md-based routing system for AI agents across a distributed doc ecosystem), and agent-powered conversational skills for developer troubleshooting.

Previously, I was a major contributor to PWA Studio, leading the REST-to-GraphQL migration on one of Magento's highest-traffic open-source projects.

Occasionally I capture a moment, a view, or just create something. I'll try to put the things I want to share here.
